Eligibility Criteria

The SECI Executive Eligibility 2026 varies significantly based on the post grade.

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Projects): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical with 60% marks and 22 years of experience in the Power/RE sector.

• Manager (Finance): CA/CMA or 2-year full-time MBA (Finance) with 7 years of post-qualification experience.

• Senior Accounts Officer: CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 1 year of experience in an executive position.

• Senior Engineer (O&M): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 1 year of power sector experience.
